Pursuant to Regulation 30(6) of Listing Regulations read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III, Fiem Industries has informed that it attached the Postal Ballot Notice being sent today to shareholders of the Company, seeking their approval by way of remote e-voting process for the following matter: To issue the Bonus Shares. Postal Ballot Notice is being sent only through electronic mode to those members whose names appear on the Register of Members / Register of Beneficial Owners, as on Friday, January 12, 2024 (‘Cut-off Date’), received from the Depositories and whose e-mail address is registered with the Company / Registrar and Transfer Agent / Depository Participants / Depositories. The Company has engaged the services of National Securities and Depository (NSDL), as the agency to provide e-voting facility to all its members. The e-voting facility will be available from Thursday, January 18, 2024 at 10:00 am (IST) and end on Friday, February 16, 2024 at 05:00 pm (IST). The Postal Ballot Notice is also available on the Company’s website.
