Pursuant to the Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III to the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Endurance Technologies has informed that CRISIL Ratings (a subsidiary of CRISIL), a credit rating agency registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India, has reaffirmed the credit rating for availing credit facilities from banks and issuance of Commercial Papers (‘CPs) by the Company. Endurance Technologies manufactures aluminium casting (including alloy wheels), suspension, transmission and braking products. The company’s products include aluminium casting, which offers high pressure die castings, low pressure die castings, gravity die castings.
