West Leisure Resorts has informed that it enclosed in respect of the Company: a) audited financial results for the financial year 2021-2022 and for the quarter ended 31st March, 2022 along with audit report, a statement of cashflows for the year ended 31st March, 2022 and a statement of assets and liabilities as at the end of the financial year 2021-2022. as approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today. Also, enclosed is a declaration with respect to Audit Report with unmodified opinion on the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2022. Further, the Board has also recommended payment of dividend at Rs 0.10 paise per equity share for the financial year ended 31st March, 2022 to its shareholders. The proposal is subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
