In terms of Regulation 29 read with Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Bharat Rasayan has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held at New Delhi on Tuesday, 30th May, 2023, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2023. The Board shall also consider recommendation of final dividend for the financial year 2022-23, if any, subject to approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting. Further, in terms of Internal Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in dealing with Securities of the Company, the Trading Window for transactions in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from May 8, 2023 to June 1, 2023 for Insiders for the purpose of announcement of aforesaid results.
