The required details pursuant to the SEBI Listing Regulations are annexed as Annexure I.

Veritas (India) in Consortium with Genesys International Corporation has received Letter of Acceptance (LoA) from Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) of Rs 155.85 crore for Development, Implementation, Maintenance of 3D City model & Change Detection using Geospatial Technology for BMC.
