| 28-Sep-2023 | Barbeque Nation, Red Apple Kitchen to acquire 53.3% stake in Blue Planet | <p style="text-align: justify;">Barbeque-Nation Hospitality and its subsidiary -- Red Apple Kitchen Consultancy have executed Share Subscription & Share Purchase agreement and Shareholders' agreement to acquire 5,800 equity shares constituting 53.3% of paid-up share capital of Blue Planet Foods (Blue Planet). Out of 5,800 equity shares, Barbeque-Nation Hospitality will acquire 1,282 (11.77%) equity shares, while Red Apple Kitchen Consultancy will acquire 4,518 (41.49%) equity shares. Consequent to the aforesaid acquisition, Blue Planet will become a subsidiary of the Company.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">Blue Planet runs an a-la-carte pan Indian cuisine restaurant chain under the brand name ‘SALT'.
