The purpose is to further strengthen the Bank?s capital position and support its growth plans. The Bank has a capital efficient business model and as on September 30, 2023, the CRAR without including the corresponding half-year Net Profit was at 16.55 % (Tier I at 14.28% and Tier II at 2.27%). Pursuant to Regulation 29 (1)(d) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of DCB Bank Limited (?Bank?) is scheduled to be held on December 8, 2023 to consider and evaluate the above proposal.
