Hindprakash Industries has informed that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on July 15, 2022 has allotted total 10,00,000 convertible warrants of issue price of Rs 82 each (including premium of Rs 72 each) on preferential basis as approved by members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on 6th July, 2022 to the allottees belonging to Promoter group and Public category. The warrant holders have exercised their right of conversion and have paid the balance consideration amount being 75% of the issue price.
