Fundviser Capital (India) has received approval for investment of not more than 12,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10 each at a Premium of Rs 1,462.55 per Equity Share amounting to not more than Rs 1.76 crore in Starlight Box Theatres.

Accordingly, on completion of the said Investment, the said Starlight Box Theatres will become the Subsidiary of the Company pursuant to the provisions of Section 2(87) of the Companies Act, 2013 with the holding of 51.61% in Starlight. The Board of Directors of the Company on recommendation of the Audit Committee has considered the proposal for the same.
