Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations’) and in continuation to its intimation pertaining to the resignation of Independent Director under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 dated 11 December, 2023 (Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Change in Management), Harish Textile Engineers has informed that Meena Ramesh Mistry (DIN: 07142544), has tendered her resignation as the Independent Director of the Company, due to preoccupation in other matters vide letter dated 11th December, 2023 which was placed before the Board, at its meeting held on Monday, 11 December, 2023. Consequently, she also ceased to be a Member of the Audit Committee, Member of Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Member of Stakeholders Relationship Committee of the Company. The Board accepted the resignation of Meena Ramesh Mistry (DIN: 07142544) with effect from 11th December, 2023. The resignations were noted by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
