Greenlam Industries’ wholly owned subsidiary -- Greenlam Asia Pacific has incorporated a subsidiary in Malaysia on May 03, 2024 under the name and style of ‘GREENLAM INDUSTRIES SDN. BHD.’ (Malaysian Subsidiary), to carry out, inter alia, the business of distributor and wholesaler of high pressure laminates and other paper/wood based products. 

Greenlam Asia Pacific holds 100% shareholding in the Malaysian Subsidiary and accordingly, the Malaysian Subsidiary has become a step-down subsidiary of Greenlam Industries upon its incorporation.

Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders has received a Notification of Award of Contract from Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) on December 07, 2023 for Part Replacement of Pipeline Project (PRPP) on turnkey basis at a total lump sum price of Rs 1145.10 crore including all taxes and duties. The said contract is expected to be executed by May 15, 2024. 

Tata Motors has announced that it will increase the price of its commercial vehicles effective January 01, 2024, up to 3%. The price increase is to offset the residual impact of the past input costs, and will be applicable across the entire range of commercial vehicles.

Ahasolar Technologies has received a Contract from Gujarat Energy Development Agency, Gandhinagar for Development and Maintenance of RE Portal for processing Applications of Solar, Wind and Hybrid (Solar-Wind) and Integration with existing Solar Rooftop Portal. The whole Consultancy Service is priced at around Rs 55 lakh. The said contract is expected to be completed in 1 year.

Jaykay Enterprises has completed the execution of MoU on December 09, 2023 with Philips Machine Tools India (Phillips) a subsidiary of Philips Corporation, USA, engaged in the business of advanced manufacturing technology products and services, to synergistically expand each other businesses on Pan India and in Global markets. The MoU allows parties to discuss and mutually agree the terms of setting up a Joint Venture LLP (Limited Liability Partnership) within 3 (three) months of the execution of this MoU.
