KPI Green Energy’s wholly owned subsidiary -- KPIG Energia has received new order from Aether Industries for executing solar power project under ‘Captive Power Producer (CPP)’ Segment of the Company. The aggregate order size is 15 MW. The projects are scheduled to be completed in the financial year 2024-25, in various tranches as per the terms of the order.

Ashok Leyland has commenced delivery of its intermediate and heavy duty electric trucks to its customers. The keys of 14T Boss Electric Truck were handed over to Billion E-Mobility at the inaugural edition of the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2024 in New Delhi.

Bharti Airtel has reported 10.05% rise in its consolidated net profit at Rs 2876.40 crore for Q3FY24 as compared to Rs 2613.70 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. S.P. Apparels has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the purchase of Young Brand Apparel (YBAPL) by way of acquisition of 51.33% Equity Shares. The company aims to expand the business in U.S.A. and the acquisition of YBAPL will improve the synergies of both companies in terms of customer base and target markets. 

This acquisition will be a great support to the core business of S.P. Apparels to expand its future business. The proposed acquisition is expected to be completed on or before May 31, 2024, subject to the approvals of necessary regulatory approvals.

This acquisition will improve the synergies of both companies in terms of customers and this will be a great support for the core business of S.P. Apparels. The said transaction is expected to be completed by February 28, 2025.
