In accordance with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015, as amended (‘Listing Regulations’) read with Schedule III of the Listing Regulations, in continuation of its earlier disclosures dated 30 October 2023 and 31 October 2023, regarding adoption of new set of Articles of Association (‘Restated AoA’) of the Company at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on 30 October 2023, Polyplex Corporation has informed that the board of directors of the Company at their meeting held on 09 November 2023 have passed resolutions determining and approving 09 November 2023 as the effective date for enforcement of Part B of the Restated AoA.
