Hinduja Tech (HT), a mobility-focused global engineering R&D services company and a subsidiary of Ashok Leyland, has signed a definitive agreement for Creador to invest $50 million acquiring 19.6 % shareholding in the company, which is subject to completion of customary closing conditions. Creador is a renowned private equity firm focused on partnering to grow world-class businesses in Southeast Asia and India. This investment places Hinduja Tech at a post-money equity value of $255 million.

Genesys International Corporation has received Letter of Acceptance from Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) of Rs 155.85 crore for Development, Implementation, Maintenance of 3D City model & Change Detection using Geospatial Technology for BMC. The project is to be executed within a period of 18 months.

Adani Green Energy (AGEL) has operationalized 126 MW wind power capacity in Gujarat. This marks the completion of the 300 MW of project, with 174 MW being operationalized earlier. The 300 MW wind project will produce around 1,091 million electricity units, leading to an avoidance of around 0.8 million tons of CO2 emissions annually. The company had participated in the competitive bidding process under the ‘Procurement of power through competitive bidding process vide RFS No. GUVNL / 500 MW / Hybrid RE (Phase I)’ issued by GUVNL on November 1, 2023, followed by a reverse E-Auction held on January 22, 2024. This tender was for the development of 500 MW Hybrid Renewable Power Projects with a Greenshoe Option of additional capacity up to 500 MW.

The project aims to provide an elaborate and comprehensive overview of the city's landscape to enable precise planning and collaboration among various stakeholders. Mumbai city is set to witness a huge transformation in its infrastructure and advanced planning that a Digital twin map stack provides will go a long way in the city's governance.

The project entails the creation of a unified mapping platform, incorporating various layers such as the 3D reality mesh model, base map with advanced features and street imaging, Digital Surface Model (DSM), Digital Terrain Model (DTM) along with a change detection map. These tools will empower municipal departments, government agencies, and citizens to make informed decisions that contribute to the city's growth.
