| 01-Jul-2023 | Sky Gold informs about closure of trading window | <p style="text-align: justify;">As per the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 including the Second Amendment in the said Regulations dated July 25, 2019, the ‘Trading restriction period' (‘Trading Window closure') shall be made applicable from the end of every quarter till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results. In view of the aforesaid, Sky Gold has informed that the trading window of the Company would be closed from Friday, June 30, 2023, and shall be opened on 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2023, along with the Limited Review Report thereon. The date of the Board Meeting in which the above-mentioned Unaudited Financial Results will be considered will be intimated in due course.
