08-Apr-2024 Adani Total Gas' arm inks MoU with MG Motor India <p style="text-align: justify;">Adani Total Gas' wholly owned subsidiary -- Adani Total Energies E-Mobility (ATEL) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with MG Motor India to strengthen the EV charging infrastructure in India. The joint collaboration to develop the charging solutions for electric vehicle (EV) and value-added services to MG's EV customers nationwide and will underpin India's rapidly evolving EV ecosystem by helping build a robust and efficient charging infrastructure.&nbsp;</p><p style="text-align: justify;">In terms of MoU, Adani Total Energies E-Mobility will set up CC2 60 kW DC chargers at upcoming MG dealerships to bolster the charging network and enhance customer accessibility. The partnership will also provide a comprehensive solution encompassing supply, installation, commissioning, operations, and maintenance of charging infrastructure. In addition, a digital platform will be launched to facilitate a seamless customer experience, covering discovery, user authentication, charging, and billing settlement through a dedicated mobile application.&nbsp;</p><p style="text-align: justify;">Under this strategic partnership, both parties shall explore the potential of integrating public charging stations across platforms by leveraging advanced application programming interfaces (APIs) to enhance network visibility and accessibility. 01-Apr-2024 Adani Total Gas' arm commissions operations at phase 1 of Barsana Biogas Plant <p style="text-align: justify;">Adani Total Gas' (ATGL) wholly-owned subsidiary -- Adani Total Energies Biomass (ATBL) has commissioned operations at phase 1 of its Barsana Biogas Plant, located in the Mathura district of Uttar Pradesh. The plant is located in the premises of Shre Mataji Gaushala. The Barsana Biogas Project has three project phases and would attain the overall capacity of 600 tons per day (TPD) of feedstock, generating over 42 TPD of Compressed Bio Gas (CBG) and 217 TPD of organic fertilizer upon full commissioning.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">This plant will be India's largest agri waste-based bio-CNG plant upon reaching full design capacity at phase-3. Project cost for all three project phases for the Barsana Biogas plant would be in excess of Rs 200 crore. This is ATBL's first CBG production facility and marks a significant milestone in its journey towards a greener future. 06-Feb-2024 Adani Total Gas, INOX India enter into mutual support agreement <p style="text-align: justify;">Adani Total Gas (ATGL) and INOX India (INOXCVA) have entered into a mutual support agreement, under which ATGL and INOXCVA shall mutually accord a ‘preferred partner' status for the delivery of LNG and LCNG equipment and services for identifying and exploring possible collaboration opportunities for strengthening the LNG ecosystem in the country. 30-Jan-2024 Adani Total Gas reports 18% rise in Q3 consolidated net profit <p style="text-align: justify;">Adani Total Gas has reported results for third quarter ended December 31, 2023 (Q3FY24).&nbsp;</p><p style="text-align: justify;">The company has reported 16.10% rise in net profit at Rs 172.28 crore for the third quarter ended December 31, 2023 as compared to Rs 148.39 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 5.24% at Rs 1,256.22 crore for Q3FY24 as compared Rs 1,193.70 crore for corresponding quarter of the previous year.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">On consolidated basis, the company reported 17.61% rise in its net profit at Rs 176.64 crore for Q3FY24 as compared to Rs 150.19 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 5.26% at Rs 1,256.42 crore for Q3FY24 as compared Rs 1,193.69 crore for corresponding quarter of the previous year.</p>
03-Jan-2024 Adani Total Gas inks MoU with Shigan Quantum Technologies <p style="text-align: justify;">Adani Total Gas (ATGL) and Shigan Quantum Technologies (Shigan) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) that aims at decarbonizing the supply chain by creating an ecosystem which will enable transitioning to cleaner fuels such as CNG and LNG. Under the MoU, both ATGL and Shigan will explore various areas of collaboration.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">Shigan manufactures alternative fuel system solutions for automotive OEMs (original equipment manufacturers) and aftermarket. The primary focus of both the partners will be on adopting natural gas for transportation and mining applications through sustainable solutions for fleet operators, including those deployed by Adani Group companies in sectors like cement, ports and logistics.
