22-Apr-2024 Mahindra Logistics reports Rs 11.91 crore consolidated net loss in Q4FY24 <p style="text-align: justify;">Mahindra Logistics has reported results for fourth quarter (Q4) and year ended March 31, 2024.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">The company has reported 64.90% fall in its net profit at Rs 7.86 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 22.39 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 12.09% at Rs 1,185.30 crore for Q4FY24 as compared Rs 1,057.47 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">On consolidated basis, the company has reported net loss of Rs 11.91 crore for fourth quarter ended March 31, 2024 as compared to net profit of Rs 0.2 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 13.89% at Rs 1,453.64 crore for Q4FY24 as compared Rs 1,276.34 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.&nbsp;</p><p style="text-align: justify;">For the year ended March 31, 2024, the company has reported 3.95% fall in its net profit at Rs 61.98 crore as compared to Rs 64.53 crore for the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 1.62% at Rs 4,543.20 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 4,470.94 crore for year ended March 31, 2023.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">For the year ended March 31, 2024, on the consolidated basis, the company has reported net loss of Rs 52.07 crore as compared to net profit of Rs 27.42 crore for the previous year. 19-Apr-2024 Mahindra Logistics to launch nationwide Community Centers of Excellence <p style="text-align: justify;">Mahindra Logistics is all set to launch nationwide Community Centers of Excellence (CCoE) in partnership with Logistics Skill Council, a not-for-profit organization set up by the Ministry of Skill Development &amp; Entrepreneurship, to address the shortage of skilled workers in the logistics sector. These centers will provide beneficiaries with skill development training and certification in warehousing, transportation, and other supply chain operations while generating employment opportunities for them.&nbsp;</p><p style="text-align: justify;">In the first phase, Mahindra Logistics launched its first CCoE in Bhiwandi, to be followed by another in Guwahati within Q1FY25. 29-Feb-2024 Mahindra Logistics to broaden footprint in West Bengal <p style="text-align: justify;">Mahindra Logistics is set to broaden its footprint in West Bengal. As part of this expansion, the company will commence operations of a 1.1 lakh sq. ft. fulfilment centre in Malda, West Bengal, dedicated to handling fulfilment and last-mile deliveries. This centre is a critical part of Mahindra Logistics' supply chain network and will execute efficient and timely deliveries through end-to-end fulfilment and distribution capabilities. Additionally, Mahindra Logistics is also adding 14 last-mile delivery stations, touching approximately 15,000 households daily.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">Tailored for grocery &amp; e-commerce customers, the expansion in the network is the cornerstone of the company's comprehensive logistics solutions integrating fulfilment, express, as well as mid-mile and last-mile services. 31-Jan-2024 Mahindra Logistics informs about disclosure <div style="text-align: justify;">Mahindra Logistics has informed that the Company has received the following Orders with respect to GST assessment from the Office of the Assistant Commissioner, Jurisdiction Chennai Central, Tamil Nadu under applicable provisions of the TN GST Act 2017, CGST Act 2017 and IGST Act 2017 imposing penalties as mentioned below, in relation to the alleged short payment of taxes on outward supply and excess/incorrect Input Tax Credit claimed or reclaimed by the Company: 1) Rs. 1,54,49,657/- for the period April 2019 to March 2020; 2) Rs. 1,34,76,654/- for the period April 2020 to March 2021; 3) Rs. 93,06,418/- for the period April 2021 to March 2022. This Orders dated 30 January 2024 were received by e-mail intimation to the Company on 30 January 2024 at 12:34 pm (IST), 12.41 pm (IST) and 12.47 pm (IST) respectively. 29-Jan-2024 HDFC Bank, Maharashtra Seamless and Protean eGov Technologies to see some action today <p style="text-align: justify;">Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has given approval to Life Insurance Corporation of India to acquire up to 9.99% stake in <span style="font-weight: bold;">HDFC Bank</span>. LIC has been advised by RBI to acquire the aforesaid major shareholding in the Bank within a period of one year i.e. by January 24, 2025. 25-Jan-2024 Mahindra Logistics surges on planning to invest Rs 170 crore for warehousing facility in Phaltan <p style="text-align: justify;">Mahindra Logistics is currently trading at Rs. 436.90, up by 5.05 points or 1.17% from its previous closing of Rs. 431.85 on the BSE.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">The scrip opened at Rs. 434.85 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 438.15 and Rs. 428.75 respectively.
