09-May-2024 Brigade Group inks pact to develop residential project in Bengaluru <p style="text-align: justify;">Brigade Group has signed a definitive agreement for a prime land parcel located on Old Madras Road, Bengaluru. Spread across 4.6 acres, the total development potential of the residential project will be around 0.69 Mn Sqft with a Gross Development Value of Rs 660 crore.&nbsp;</p><p style="text-align: justify;">The new project will be designed in line with Brigade's commitment to deliver high quality, sustainable spaces in Bengaluru's evolving urban landscape. 25-Apr-2024 Brigade Group, IHG Hotels & Resorts to bring InterContinental brand to Hyderabad <p style="text-align: justify;">Brigade Group and IHG Hotels &amp; Resorts, a global hospitability company, have signed a management agreement to debut the InterContinental brand in Telangana - InterContinental Hyderabad Neopolis. Slated to open in 2029, this newly constructed hotel is expected to be an integral part of Brigade's upcoming, mixed-use development.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">The world-renowned brand, InterContinental has over 220 open hotels across more than 60 countries. Commemorating its 75th Diamond Anniversary in 2021, InterContinental continues to uphold its esteemed status as the world's first and largest luxury hotel brand. In 2023, the brand reached a pipeline of 100 hotels and resorts for the first time, representing a substantial 45% growth of its current system size.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">InterContinental Hyderabad Neopolis, proposed to have 300 rooms, once opened, is expected to showcase five dining options, including a signature restaurant, two specialty restaurants, and a lobby lounge. 04-Apr-2024 Tata Power, KEC International and Avenue Supermarts to see some action today <p style="text-align: justify;"><b>Tata Power Company</b>'s subsidiary Tata Power Renewable Energy's (TPREL) subsidiary -- TP Saurya (TPSL) has successfully commissioned a 200MW solar project located in Bikaner, Rajasthan, for Tata Power Trading Company (TPTCL). Expected to generate an impressive 485 million units of energy annually, the project aligns with the Company's mission to drive substantial contributions to India's renewable energy capacity. Furthermore, the project will be seamlessly integrated into the Central Transmission Utility (CTU) Bus, ensuring efficient distribution of clean energy across the region.</p><p style="text-align: justify;"><b>KEC International </b>has secured new orders of Rs 816 crore across its various businesses.
