| 20-Jun-2023 | Bharat Agri Fert & Realty gets nod from Thane Municipal Corporation for Shiv Sai Paradise project | <p></p><p style="text-align: justify;">Bharat Agri Fert & Realty has received the Sanction of Development from Thane Municipal Corporation for the construction project Shiv Sai Paradise, Phase 11, ajiwada for G tower - Basement + Ground + 1st to 6th Parking Floor + 7th to 31st Floor of 2/3 BHK homes. </p><p style="text-align: justify;">The company plans to buy more FSI by paying TDR, as the final project has a total of 58 floors. It has got approval of total 31 floors. The land has already been purchased and the company had gradually started working on the same project. The company management expects additional net revenue of around Rs 700-800 crore over a period of 5 years.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">Bharat Agri Fert & Realty is engaged in the manufacturing of single super phosphate (powder and granulated), sulphuric acid and alum (liquid and solid).</p><p></p> |
