PSP Projects has bagged work order worth Rs 229.54 crore (excluding taxes) in institutional category for Construction of Mall & Multiplex for Thoth Mall and Commercial Real Estate at Surat, Gujarat. The project is to be completed within a period of 24 months.

With receipt of the above order, the total order inflow during the financial year 2024-25 till date amounts to Rs 236.32 crore (This includes small value work orders totalling to Rs 6.78 crore).

Inter alia, has considered and approved :- (i) authorized the opening of the Issue today, i.e. on April 22, 2024; (ii) approved the floor price for the Issue, being Rs 682.59 per Equity Share (?floor price?) based on the pricing formula as prescribed under Regulation 176 of the SEBI ICDR Regulations; and (iii) approved and adopted the preliminary placement document dated April 22, 2024, and the application form, in connection with the QIP (?Preliminary Placement Document?); We further wish to inform you that the ?Relevant Date? for the purpose of the QIP, in terms of Regulation 171(b)(i) of the SEBI ICDR Regulations is April 22, 2024 and accordingly the floor price in respect of the aforesaid QIP, based on the pricing formula as prescribed under Regulation 176(1) of the SEBI ICDR Regulations is Rs 682.59 per Equity Share.
