In terms of Company’s ‘Code of conduct for prohibition of Insider Trading and pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as amended from time to time, ECS Biztech has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all insiders including designated persons and their immediate relatives from Monday, 01st April, 2024 till conclusion of 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2024. The Trading Window shall open 48 hours after said financial results are declared to the stock exchange. The date of the Board Meeting to consider and approve, inter alia, Audited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2024 shall be intimated separately in due course. All the insiders including designated persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company when the Trading Window is closed.
