Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, Beekay Steel Industries has informed that the 2nd Term of Bhal Chandra Khaitan (DIN-00343007), Ravishankar Sridharan (DIN-03120944) and Srikumar Bandyopadhyay (DIN-03504452) as Non-Executive Independent Directors has been expired on 31.03.2024 at 24:00 hours. Accordingly, the office of the aforesaid Independent Directors viz. Bhal Chandra Khaitan, Srikumar Bandyopadhyay and Ravishankar (Non-Executive Independent Directors) are deemed to have been vacated from 1st April, 2024. To meet the requirement of composition of Board, the Company has already appointed Shalini Jain and Sandip Kumar Kejriwal as Non-Executive Independent Directors with effect from 1st April, 2024.
