Emkay Global Financial Services has informed that the Nomination, Remuneration and Compensation (NRC) Committee of the Board by way of Circular Resolution on 26th March, 2024 have transacted the following business: 1. Approved allotment of 3,900 Equity shares of Rs 10 each under ESOP -2007 scheme to the eligible employees of the Company on exercise of stock options vested in them. Consequently, on allotment of equity shares under ESOP Scheme-2007, the issued, subscribed and the paid-up Equity Share capital of the Company has increased from 2,46,90,776 equity shares to 2,46,94,676 Equity shares of Rs 10 Each.
