In terms of Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, Mayur Uniquoters has enclosed the Notice of Postal Ballot of the Company dated November 08, 2023, together with the Explanatory Statements which is sent to the Members of the Company through e-mail seeking approval for the special businesses stated as under: To approve the appointment of Nivedita Ravindra Sarda (DIN: 00938666) as an Independent Director of the Company. Members of the Company holding shares as on the cut-off date i.e. Friday, December 01, 2023, shall cast their vote through the remote e-voting system. The remote e-voting period commences on Saturday, December 09, 2023 (9:00 AM IST) and ends on Sunday January 07, 2024 (5:00 PM IST). Pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended and in accordance of Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, Mayur Uniquoters has informed that the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed from October 01, 2023 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2023 for all the Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Promoters, Designated Persons/employees and their immediate relatives as covered under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
