SBI AMC announces change in provisions of passive funds

<div align="justify"><span>SBI Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced addendum to the key information memorandums/ scheme information documents/ statement of additional information of all schemes of SBI Mutual Fund.</span></div><font face="sans-serif"><span><div align="justify"><br></div></span></font><div align="justify"><font face="sans-serif"><span>SBI AMC has announced that pursuant to SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/IMD/DOF2/P/CIR/2022/69 dated May 23, 2022 the changes in provisions form part of the SID & KIM of Index Funds/ ETFs, as applicable with effect from Friday, July 1, 2022. Moreover, pursuant to SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/IMD/IMD-II DOF3/P/CIR/2022/39 dated March 30, 2022, following provisions pertaining to rebalancing of portfolios will be applicable for all Schemes of SBI Mutual Fund (except Overnight Fund, Index Funds and Exchange Traded Funds) with effect from Friday, July 1, 2022: In the event of deviation from mandated asset allocation, the portfolio to be rebalanced by AMC within 30 business days from the date of said deviation; If the portfolio is not rebalanced within above mentioned period, justification in writing, including details of efforts taken to rebalance the portfolio shall be placed before the investment committee. The investment committee, if so desires, can extend the timelines up to 60 business days from the date of completion of mandated rebalancing period.</span></font></div><font face="sans-serif"><span><div align="justify"><br></div></span></font><div align="justify"><font face="sans-serif"><span>All other terms and conditions of the scheme remain unchanged. This addendum forms an integral part of the Scheme Information Document(s)/ Key Information Memorandum(s) of the Scheme(s), as applicable, of the Fund as amended from time to time.</span></font></div><font face="sans-serif"><span><div align="justify"><br></div></span></font><font face="sans-serif"><span><div align="justify"><br></div></span></font><div align="justify"><br></div>

<div align="justify"><span>Nippon Life India Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced that pursuant to SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/IMD/DF3/CIR/P/2020/197 dated October 5, 2020 on ‘Product Labeling in Mutual Fund schemes - Risk-o-meter', the Risk-o-meter of following scheme(s) of Nippon India Mutual Fund (NIMF) stand revised: Nippon India Monthly Interval Fund- Series 1, Nippon India Quarterly Interval Fund - Series 1, Nippon India Fixed Horizon Fund - XLI - Series 10, Nippon India Fixed Horizon Fund - XLI - Series 12, Nippon India Liquid Fund, Nippon India Equity Savings Fund (Number of Segregated Portfolios - 2), Nippon India Fixed Horizon Fund - XLI - Series 11, Nippon India Ultra Short Duration Fund (Number of Segregated Portfolio - 1), Nippon India Quarterly Interval Fund - Series 3, and Nippon India Strategic Debt Fund (Number of Segregated Portfolios - 2).</span></div><font face="sans-serif"><span><div align="justify"><br></div></span></font><div align="justify"><font face="sans-serif"><span>This addendum forms an integral part of Scheme Information Document (SID) and Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of the above-mentioned Scheme(s) of NIMF and all the other terms and conditions of the aforesaid documents read with the addenda issued from time to time will remain unchanged.</span></font></div><div align="justify"><br></div>
