Nazara Technologies’ material subsidiary -- Nodwin Gaming’s Singapore subsidiary has acquired a 100% stake in game marketing agency PublishME for a sum of $2 million from its existing shareholders Nazara Technologies and Ozgur Ozalp. The integration and acquisition of PublishME into NODWIN Gaming's global emerging market network are poised to enhance NODWIN Gaming’s existing solutions capabilities for publishers and brands alike. This acquisition will provide the essential tailwinds for NODWIN Gaming to drive its mission of leading the emerging market sports media landscape.

Strides Pharma Science’s step-down wholly owned subsidiary -- Strides Pharma Global has received approval for Efavirenz (600mg), Emtricitabine (200mg), Tenofovir Disproxil Fumurate (300mg) (EET) tablets from the United States Food & Drug Administration (USFDA). The product is bioequivalent and therapeutically equivalent to the Reference Listed Drug (RLD), Atripla Tablets of Gilead Sciences LLC. The approval adds to a list of products that Strides has approved in this therapeutic category through the PEPFAR pathway taking the total to 15 products.

TCPL Packaging has further acquired 38600 shares of its subsidiary company namely Creative Offset Printers (COPPL) from one of the promoters of COPPL at a consideration of Rs 1.85 crore. Post-acquisition / transfer of shares as aforesaid, the company holds 94.67% of the share capital of COPPL.

HealthCare Global Enterprises has completed the acquisition of SRJ Health Care’s comprehensive cancer care center in Indore, Madhya Pradesh on a slump sale basis and Amrish Oncology Services’ Radiation business in Indore, Madhya Pradesh on a slump sale basis (collectively known as Business Undertaking) on October 04, 2023. Accordingly, the Business Undertaking would operate as a business unit of the Company, effective from October 04, 2023.  

Marine Electricals (India) has received order amounting to Rs 2.28 crore (excluding taxes) from Cochin Shipyard, Kochi for supply and services of Addressable Food Alarm System (AFAS) for ASW SWC. The delivery period shall be over a period of 2 years.

Samvardhana Motherson International has raised Rs 1500 crore through allotment of 1,50,000 Rated, Listed, Unsecured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) having face value of Rs 1,00,000 each on private placement basis on October 4, 2023. The said NCDs will be listed on the Wholesale Debt Market segment of BSE. 

Exide Industries has invested Rs 340 crore by the way of subscription in the equity share capital of Exide Energy Solutions (EESL), a wholly owned subsidiary on right basis. EESL is in the process of setting up a plant for manufacturing & selling lithium-ion battery cells, modules and pack business. The company has made further investment by subscribing to equity shares offered by EESL on a rights basis to fund its green field project and meet various funding requirements. With the current investment, EIL shareholding in EESL remains unchanged at 100%.
