The total cost of project is Rs 173.98 crore. DLF IT Offices Chennai admeasuring 4.67 acres of land situated at Chennai, Tamil Nadu by executing and registering a sale deed. The company has purchased an immovable property for Rs 735 crore.&nbsp;</p><p style="text-align: justify;"><b>Zydus Lifesciences</b> has launched Olaparib, a PARP inhibitor, under the brand name IBYRA in India. The drug will target specific genetic mutations prevalent in certain types of cancers, paving the way for more tailored and effective treatment approach. Out of 14 lakh newly diagnosed cancer patients in India, nearly 2.75 lakh patients are diagnosed with breast, ovarian, prostrate and pancreatic cancers as per Globocan 2022 data. 31-Jan-2024 Voltas reports consolidated net loss of Rs 27.60 crore in Q3 <p style="text-align: justify;">Voltas has reported results for third quarter ended December 31, 2023 (Q3FY24).&nbsp;</p><p style="text-align: justify;">The company has reported over 2-fold jump in net profit at Rs 97.33 crore for the third quarter ended December 31, 2023 as compared to Rs 44.32 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 12.95% at Rs 1,644.69 crore for Q3FY24 as compared Rs 1,456.07 crore for corresponding quarter of the previous year.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">On consolidated basis, the company reported net loss of Rs 27.60 crore for Q3FY24 as compared to net loss of Rs 110.49 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 31.79% at Rs 2683.61 crore for Q3FY24 as compared Rs 2,036.27 crore for corresponding quarter of the previous year.</p>

08-Nov-2023 Voltas informs about disclosure <p style="text-align: justify;">With reference to letter dated 19th October, 2023 whereby the company had informed that the Directors had at the Board Meeting held on 19th October, 2023, considered and approved the proposal of raising of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) on a Private Placement basis for an amount up to 500 crores, Voltas has informed that due to alternate option made available to the Company, the Directors have at its Meeting held on 8th November, 2023, approved the proposal of availing of an unsecured Rupee Term Loan from a Bank up to an amount of 500 crores instead of raising funds through NCDs. The Rupee Term Loan would be utilised for capital expenditure of the Company for its new manufacturing plant at Chennai and Waghodia in Gujarat. Accordingly, the proposal for issue of NCDs is withdrawn for the time being.
